I found this via a lifehacker.com post — its an intelligent copy/move program for Windows that gives you accurate times to copy, and does it intelligently.
It also works great with Vista, for those that use such things.

I tried out Drupal for a while, mostly because we’re using it at work. Its very powerful, but pretty much assumes you’re going to hand coding lots of stuff, or least spending huge amounts of time setting content types, etc.
A friend recommended WP (actually, several) so I’ll give it a shot. So far, it took less time to install and setup than it did to unpack drupal.
I heard a great Leonardo DaVinci quote the other day:
“He who does not punish evil commands it to be done.”
